軟性玻璃疣是脈絡膜新生血管(choroidal neovascularization, CNV)形成的一個危險因素。激光光凝治療能誘導玻璃疣的消退；激光治療玻璃疣，尤其是早期治療，能減少CNV的生成。現就玻璃疣治療的現狀和有關玻璃疣消退機制的基本觀點綜述如下。 （中華眼底病雜志，2003，19：65-67）
