眼內腫瘤免疫排斥的主要影響因素有：1.前房微環境阻斷細胞 毒T細胞的分化過程；2.腫瘤抗原誘導眼相關免疫偏離；3.房水內存在某些免疫抑制因子，下調免疫反應的許多環節；4.腫瘤細胞的主要組織相容性復合體影響腫瘤浸潤淋巴細胞的分化，在某種程度上決定著眼內腫瘤是否受到排斥。進一步闡明眼內腫瘤的免疫調控機制對于眼內腫瘤的防治具有重要意義。 （中華眼底病雜志，2000，16：1-70）
