光動力治療（photodynamic therapy,PDT）是一種利用光化學反應 進行治療的新技術，根據其對新生血管的特異性栓塞作用，近年來用于老年性黃斑變性(age-related macular degeneration,AMD)治療，經過大量的動物和臨床試驗，已取得一定的進展。現對PDT的原理、基礎研究以及在AMD治療中的臨床應用作一綜述。 （中華眼底病雜志，2000，16：71-138）
