報告17例蝶鞍區腫瘤誤診為視神經病變，對其誤診經過，臨床表現及結果等進行了討論。蝶鞍區腫瘤多損害視功能，首發癥狀多以視力下降而就診于眼科。若經驗不足，易造成誤診、漏診。早期診斷、早期手術是挽救視功能及生命的關鍵。（中華眼底病雜志，1994，10：53-54）
