報告1例完全性視神經撕脫病例.患者右眼被鐵叉戳傷后失明,眼底可見視盤被一圓形、邊緣銳利的深洞所代替，周圍有不規則形萎縮灶，視網膜血管狹窄，邊緣有白鞘伴行或被機化物覆蓋，以致動靜脈難以區別。筆者對本病的發病機制、眼底熒光血管造影表現，進行了討論。并附有立體照像。 （中華眼底病雜志，1993，9：162-163）
