變應性鼻炎的主要治療方式是：避免接觸變應原、藥物治療、免疫治療。該病的治療方法多種多樣，但大多數是對癥治療，難以達到臨床治愈的目的。隨著免疫學的不斷發展，變應性鼻炎標準化特異性免疫治療作為阻斷變應性疾病發展進程的治療，在臨床應用中取得了良好效果。現就如何規范免疫治療過程及方法，重視不良反應的觀察和處理，提高患者的依從性等進行介紹。
