目的　探討強直性脊柱炎（AS）受累骶髂關節、腰椎小關節及髖關節的病變CT表現特點，以提高診斷與鑒別診斷水平。方法　2011年1月－10月對臨床確診的強直性脊柱炎患者44例骶髂關節、28例腰椎及14例髖關節行CT掃描，回顧性分析骶髂關節、腰椎小關節及髖關節的CT表現。結果　AS患者的CT表現特點為病變主要累及骶髂關節滑膜部的髂骨側，腰椎小關節及髖關節則表現為關節間隙改變、關節面毛糙及囊狀破壞、面下骨硬化或吸收等改變。結論　AS骶髂關節、腰椎小關節及髖關節的CT表現具有一定特征，CT具有重要的診斷及鑒別診斷價值。
