【摘要】　目的　總結腺苷負荷心肌灌注顯像MPI護理方法及特點。　方法　 2009年6月—2010年1月，對148例臨床疑似冠心病患者行腺苷負荷MPI以確診。腺苷注射前做好患者心理護理，腺苷注射中持續心電監護，并及時處理不適癥狀，注射后予以相關健康指導。　結果　 148例患者順利完成腺苷負荷MPI，患者出現面色潮紅、呼吸急促、氣短、胸悶、胸部壓迫感、心悸及頭脹等不良反應共114例，124例患者發生血壓改變，34例無不良反應。　結論　腺苷負荷MPI無創安全，簡便可行，重復性好，不良反應輕微，在心血管疾病的診療中具有明顯優勢。
