【摘要】　目的　總結宮腔鏡下電切術后水中毒的臨床防治策略。　方法　采用回顧性調查方法，對2003年1月-2011年3月7例宮腔鏡下電切術后水中毒患者的臨床治療經過進行分析。　結果　 7例患者于術后2~74 h出現腹脹、腹痛、惡心、少尿、神志不清等癥狀，給予補充生理鹽水或高滲鹽水及利尿脫水等治療，術后5~7 d患者全部出院。　結論　宮腔鏡電切術后水中毒的治療宜采取溫和策略，重點在于預防，包括縮短手術時間和預防子宮穿孔，而治療側重補充生理鹽水和利尿，維持患者的電解質平衡及心肺功能。
