【摘要】目的 探討膀胱腫瘤合并良性前列腺增生(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)患者同期行經尿道膀胱腫瘤電切術
(transurethral resection for bladder tumor,TURBT)及前列腺汽化電切術(transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate,
TUVP)的可行性及療效。方法 2005年11月-2009年5月收治膀胱癥腫瘤合并BPH患者20例,同期行TURBT及TUVP。結果 手術時間50～130 min,平均61 min。全部患者術后隨訪3～42個月,平均10個月。膀胱癌復發2例,均為異位復發,再次行TURBT,各隨訪6個月無復發。結論 膀胱腫瘤合并BPH患者同期行TURBT及TUVP方法可行,療效可靠。
