【摘要】 目的 探討全肺灌洗術在肺泡蛋白沉積癥治療的臨床應用價值。方法 全麻下行雙腔支氣管導管全肺灌洗術。結果 兩例肺泡蛋白沉積癥患者各經5次全肺灌洗，療后癥狀、血氣、血乳酸脫氫酶及胸部CT均有好轉。結論 全肺灌洗是治療肺泡蛋白沉積癥的有效方法。
