目的觀察托吡酯單藥治療各類癲癇的臨床效果。方法回顧性分析2006年1月-2009年1月收治的50例各類癲癇患兒采用托吡酯治療后的臨床資料。結果發作完全控制者22例，占56.8%；發作減少≥75% 者8例，占20.0%；發作減少≥50%者10例，占22.7%，總有效率88.0%。無效10例，占12.0%。結論托吡酯單藥治療癲癇效果確切，完全控制率較高。
