【摘要】目的探討面頰部皮膚缺損較合理的治療流程，形成相對固定的模式。方法對2003年1月-2008年12月利用擴張器技術，治療面頰部皮膚缺損患者32例的臨床資料進行歸納和總結。結果 28例病損一次完整切除并修復，4例行再次擴張器植入并修復，無擴張器破損及感染，皮瓣修復效果滿意。結論皮膚擴張器技術可做為面頰部皮膚缺損修復的一種有效方法。
