【摘要】　目的　總結左半結腸癌性梗阻一期切除吻合的臨床效果。　方法　 1994年3月-2007年12月對42例左半結腸癌性梗阻一期患者行切除吻合術，并針對圍手術期、術中及術后采取各項相關處理措施。　結果　 42例患者均未見死亡，1例吻合口漏，5例切口液化感染，經治療愈合。　結論　左半結腸癌梗阻可行一期切除吻合。
