目的:研究四川汶川大地震骨折傷員的日常生活活動(ADL)能力受限的特點,為地震骨折傷員的康復治療提供依據。方法:對因2008年5月12日四川汶川地震后1月仍在華西醫院骨科病房診治的36例骨折傷員,進行生活狀況問卷,記錄其早期并發癥,根據Barthel指數評定不同性別和不同部位骨折傷員各項ADL能力,統計傷員各項ADL等級構成比,比較不同性別和不同部位骨折傷員總ADL評分。結果:本次地震骨折傷員以下肢骨折多見,其次是軀干骨折(主要是脊柱骨折),上肢骨折相對少見;且ADL下降明顯,尤其是軀干骨折和下肢骨折傷員;而早期并發癥以傷口感染為主。結論:地震骨折傷員ADL明顯下降,加強ADL能力訓練尤其重要,臨床康復措施主要集中于下肢和脊柱骨折的康復;早期并發癥的防治主要是預防傷口感染。
