:目的:探討DHS+骨水泥治療老年股骨粗隆間骨折的療效。方法:回顧分析2001年1月～2006年4月48例70歲以上老年股骨粗隆間骨折病例的臨床資料,對其骨折類型、骨質疏松程度、合并癥及臨床療效進行分析。結果:本組術后32例獲得1～4年隨訪,無螺釘松動、髖內翻、感染或骨折延期愈合,髖關節功能評價優良率93％。結論:DHS+骨水泥治療老年股骨粗隆間骨折具有手術時間短、創傷小、內固定牢靠、符合生物力學分配、能早期得到功能鍛煉、減少術后并發癥等優點;適合各種類型老年股骨粗隆間骨折的治療。
