目的:探討干擾素治療水痘的效果。方法:將151例水痘患者隨機分為3組, 治療組Ⅰ給予干擾素100 萬U/ 次,im,隔日1 次,連用3 次,治療組Ⅱ同時予以干擾素局部外涂于水痘處, 2 次/ d;對照組病毒唑10 mg/ (kg·d),im, 一日2 次,連用5 天。除以上治療外,3組均同時根據病情給予退熱、止癢、抗炎等對癥治療。觀察3組患者癥狀、體征變化。結果:治療組患者癥狀、體征恢復所用時間明顯優于對照組,同時還發現局部外涂干擾素于水痘處,其皮疹瘙癢、結痂恢復天數明顯縮短。結論:干擾素治療水痘可減輕癥狀,縮短病程,配合局部外用效果更佳。
