目的:探討微創治療BPH并發膀胱結石的方法。方法:應用氣壓彈道碎石術聯合TURP治療BPH并發膀胱結石26例。結果:24例一次成功,1例一期碎石,二期行TURP;1例中轉開放手術。結論:氣壓彈道碎石術聯合TURP治療BPH并發膀胱結石創傷小,恢復快,安全高效。
