目的:探討孟魯司特鈉(順爾寧)對呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)毛細支氣管炎患兒血清中半胱氨酰白三烯(CysLTs)的影響。方法:將60例4～18個月的RSV毛細支氣管炎患兒隨機分為順爾寧治療組(30例)和常規治療組(30例),常規治療組僅給予綜合治療,而順爾寧治療組在綜合治療的基礎上加用孟魯司特口服,用法為4mg每晚1次口服。于治療前和治療后檢測血清中CysLTs水平。結果:治療前,RSV毛細支氣管炎兩組CysLTs水平均明顯高于正常組(P lt;005),同時CysLTs水平較常規治療組顯著下降(P lt;005),常規治療組患兒血清CysLTs水平仍高于正常組(P lt;005)。結論:順爾寧可降低RSV毛細支氣管炎患兒血清中CysLTs水平,在RSV毛細支氣管炎的抗炎機制中起重要作用,推測RSV毛細支氣管炎患兒口服孟魯司特有可能達到早期干預,從另一條途徑減少哮喘的發病。
