目的:探討表沒食子兒茶素沒食子酸酯(EGCG)對乳腺癌細胞MCF7生長的影響及對乳腺癌細胞MDAMB231遷移的影響。方法:MCF7細胞培養貼壁之后,加入EGCG處理,2d后收集蛋白,采用Western Blot檢測磷酸化p38絲裂原活化蛋白激酶(phosphop38MAPK)的表達;同樣處理后收集活細胞,用細胞計數法檢測細胞的存活;取對數生長期的MDAMB231細胞,分至6孔板培養,使用EGCG處理后,采用細胞劃線法探測乳腺癌細胞的遷移。結果:使用EGCG處理乳腺癌細胞后,phosphop38MAPK的表達降低,EGCG處理乳腺癌細胞4d后其增殖率降低50%,遷移活性降低。結論:EGCG處理乳腺癌細胞能抑制腫瘤細胞的生長以及遷移,這與p38MAPK信號通路相關。
