摘要:目的:探討伽瑪刀治療顱內腫瘤并發放射性腦損傷的MRI影像表現及其組織病理學基礎。方法:回顧性分析8例經手術及病理證實的放射性腦損傷的MRI表現;其中,星形膠質細胞瘤4例,轉移性腺癌2例,血管母細胞瘤1例,鼻咽癌1例。結果:病變位于小腦半球、額葉、顳葉及頂葉,8例9個病灶共有2種MRI表現:5例6個病灶平掃T1WI呈低、等信號,T2WI呈稍高、高信號,增強掃描呈“結節狀”、“花環狀”強化;3個病灶平掃為類圓形,T1WI呈均勻低信號,T2WI呈高信號,邊界清楚,增強掃描囊腔無強化,囊壁輕度均勻強化。所有病例均有占位效應。結論:伽瑪刀所致放射性腦損傷具有一定的特征性,特別是囊狀壞死。
