摘要:目的:探討復方丹參加西咪替丁治療過敏性紫癜(HSP)臨床療效。方法:60例患兒隨機分為對照組和治療組各30例。對照組常規治療,治療組加用復方丹參和西咪替丁治療。結果:治療組總有效率為90.0%,明顯高于對照組53.3%,且治療組紫癜性腎炎(HSPN)發生率(10.0%)明顯低于對照組(36.7%),P lt;0.01。結論:復方丹參加西咪替丁能提高HSP患兒療效,減少腎損害,促進患兒病情康復。
