目的:探討超聲在甲狀腺癌頸部淋巴結轉移中的診斷價值。方法:術前超聲檢查47例甲狀腺癌患者的頸部淋巴結,超聲所見與手術切除病理結果對照分析。結果:超聲檢查與病理結果對照,符合的淋巴結41個,符合率78.8%。淋巴結的內部回聲不均、髓質變形或缺失、周邊型及混合型血流預示淋巴結有轉移。結論:超聲檢查對甲狀腺癌頸部淋巴結轉移具有較高的診斷價值。
