目的:觀察纈沙坦治療前、后高血壓合并糖尿病患者血清脂聯素的變化。方法:將我院高血壓合并糖尿病患者60例隨機分為兩組,然后分別給予纈沙坦或氨氯地平治療至少8周,分析治療前、后兩組間的血清脂聯素變化。結果:與治療前相比較,纈沙坦組顯著降低了血清脂聯素(P lt;0.01),而氨氯地平組治療前、后的脂聯素改變無顯著差異性。結論:與氨氯地平比較,纈沙坦在降壓的同時,顯著降低了血清脂聯素水平。
