目的:探討口腔科醫務人員職業暴露的危險因素,提高防護意識,減少職業暴露。方法:通過2007年1月至2008年12月對口腔科醫務人員職業暴露的危險因素進行回顧性調查分析。結果:易造成口腔科醫務人員職業暴露的危險因素有:生物方面因素、物理方面因素、化學方面因素、環境方面因素。結論:加強學習和培訓,提高防護意識。完善防護制度,嚴格執行操作規程,落實標準預防措施,加強監督管理,是減少職業暴露的關鍵。
