目的:觀察中藥水療配合功能訓練對痙攣型腦癱患兒臨床痙攣指數的影響。方法:采用隨機對照方法,在功能訓練的基礎上,進行中藥水療與傳統水療治療痙攣型腦癱患兒,并以臨床痙攣指數評價其療效。結果:兩個療程的治療后,對照組和治療組均能降低痙攣型腦癱患兒的臨床痙攣指數,與治療前相比均有統計學意義(P lt;0.05),其中治療組的差值為1.79±1.06較對照組1.23±0.84大,具有統計學意義(P lt;0.05)。結論:在綜合功能訓練的基礎上進行水療治療痙攣型腦癱患兒,具有較好的臨床療效,且中藥水療治療痙攣型腦癱優于傳統水療。
