目的:總結疝環充填式無張力疝修補術治療腹股溝疝的臨床療效。方法:對我院1999年4月至2008年8月采用疝環充填式無張力疝修補術治療569例腹股溝疝患者的臨床資料進行回顧性分析,對手術時間、傷口疼痛、術后自主能力的恢復、住院時間、并發癥及復發率等進行觀察。結果:與傳統疝修補手術相比,具有方法簡便,術后疼痛輕,恢復快, 住院時間短,并發癥少,復發率低和更寬的手術指征等優點。結論:疝環充填式無張力疝修補術是一種治療腹股溝疝的理想手術方法。
