目的:檢測高脂高鹽飲食和有氧運動對腎臟過氧化物酶體增殖物激活受體(PPARs)蛋白表達的影響。方法:20只8周齡雄性Wistar大鼠,分別給予普通膳食(RN)、高脂高鹽膳食(HN)、普通膳食加游泳(RS)和高脂高鹽膳食加游泳(HS)處理(每組5只),24周后采用Western blot方法檢測各組大鼠腎臟組織的3種PPARs亞型(α、β/δ和γ)蛋白的表達量。結果:3種PPARs亞型在大鼠腎臟組織中均有表達。HN、RS和HS組PPAR-α蛋白表達量分別為RN組的4.0、3.0和2.1倍,PPARβ/δ蛋白表達量分別為RN組(對照)的3.0、2.5和4.0倍,PPAR-γ蛋白表達量為RN組的1.7、3.1和4.1倍,每個亞型的蛋白表達量在各組之間(兩兩比較)均有顯著性差異。結論:高脂高鹽膳食和有氧運動均可導致大鼠腎組織內3種PPARs亞型蛋白表達顯著升高,有氧運動顯著降低了高脂高鹽膳食引起的PPAR-α蛋白高表達。
