目的:探討MRI診斷中樞神經細胞瘤的臨床應用價值。方法:回顧性分析5例中樞神經細胞瘤的MRI表現。結果:腫瘤均位于側腦室,鄰近透明隔,MRI上腫瘤實質部分呈等T-1、等T-2信號,內可見囊變區,增強掃描腫瘤呈不均勻輕度強化。結論:起源于側腦室透明隔的腫瘤,應考慮到中樞神經細胞瘤的可能,MRI診斷中樞神經細胞瘤具有一定優勢。
