目的:探討對合并腦疝形成的外傷性顱內血腫患者進行小硬腦膜窗口顯露預防急性腦膨出的臨床價值。方法:收集我院2005年1月至2007年1月收治符合標準的合并腦疝形成的外傷性顱內血腫患者126例,均行開顱去大骨瓣減壓手術,治療組67例行小硬腦膜窗口顯露的方式進行血腫清除術,對照組59例采用傳統的硬腦膜切開進行清除血腫清除術。結果:治療組患者顱內壓下降速度和程度優于對照組(P lt;0.05),治療組術中急性腦膨出的發生率低于對照組(P lt;0.05)。結論:小硬腦膜窗口顯露是預防急性腦膨出發生的一種有效手術方式。
