目的:觀察康復訓練結合電針療法綜合治療汶川地震傷員四肢骨折術后關節活動度、肢體腫脹等功能障礙的療效。方法: 將126例患者分為治療組63例,采用康復訓練結合電針療法;對照組63例,于術后第2天自行功能鍛煉。測量治療前后關節活動度(ROM)、肢體腫脹消退時間及疼痛減輕程度并據此確定療效。結果: 用統計學方法處理,說明兩組之間ROM、肢體腫脹消退時間及疼痛減輕程度比較均有統計學意義(P lt;0.05)。結論: 采用康復訓練結合電針能有效提高地震傷員四肢骨折后關節功能障礙的療效。
