目的:探討提高陰莖再植術的成功率的方法。方法: 回顧性分析本院3例運用顯微外科技術行吻合血管神經的陰莖離斷再植術的臨床資料。結果: 3例病例采用大隱靜脈自體移植修復陰莖背動脈并吻合陰莖靜脈和神經,全部再植成功。3例均有勃起功能。結論:陰莖背動脈,陰莖背深靜脈以及陰莖背神經的相繼處理以及術中高度精細的無創操作技術是決定手術成敗的關鍵之一。
