目的:探討納米炭混懸注射液在乳腺癌淋巴結清掃及病理檢查中的價值。方法:60例乳腺癌患者術前予納米炭混懸注射液,統計術后淋巴結獲檢情況。結果:術中可見乳腺引流區淋巴結有廣泛不同程度的染色,60例患者共檢獲淋巴結1 384枚,其中染色淋巴結862枚,171/862查見癌轉移;未染色淋巴結522枚,43/522查見癌轉移。染色淋巴結及未染色淋巴結轉移比率差異有統計學意義(P=0.000)。結論:術前注射納米炭混懸液對乳腺癌淋巴結清掃術有指導意義。
