腫瘤壞死因子β(tumor necrosis factor β,TNF-β)是一種多生物活性的前炎性細胞因子,在血栓形成和動脈粥樣硬化等發病機制中起重要作用。在最近幾年的研究中TNF-β基因多態性被證實是與冠心病密切相關的基因之一,本文旨在闡述TNF-β及其受體結構、功能、相關基因多態性以及國內外對該位點基因多態性研究進展。
