目的　探討改良區域神經阻滯麻醉在腹股溝疝無張力修補術中的優勢和應用價值。
方法　回顧性總結和分析2008年2月至2010年3月期間張掖醫學高等專科學校附屬醫院運用改良區域神經阻滯麻醉行腹股溝疝無張力修補59例患者的臨床資料。
結果　59例患者按照神經阻滯麻醉效果分級標準，Ⅰ級52例，Ⅱ級6例，　Ⅲ級1例。7例Ⅱ、Ⅲ級患者在分離腹膜前間隙內側時自訴疼痛，經靜脈給予杜非合劑2 ml后完成手術，但均未更改麻醉方式。術后無皮疹、皮下硬結、精索水腫、陰囊血腫、尿潴留、切口感染等并發癥發生。
結論　改良區域神經阻滯麻醉下行腹股溝疝無張力修補術效果好、安全性高、操作簡單、費用低。
