肝門部膽管癌（hilar cholangiocarcinoma），又稱Klaskin癌，是指起源于左右肝管、分叉部和肝總管上段膽管上皮的惡性腫瘤，約占膽管癌的60%~70%［1］。由于其臨床表現隱匿，早期難以被發現。目前根治性手術是最有效的提高其生存率的治療方式，隨著肝門部膽管癌R0切除率的不斷升高，5年生存率不斷提高［2，3］，但仍有不少問題有待于解決……
