目的探討術前胃動脈化療栓塞對胃癌淋巴結轉移灶癌細胞凋亡的影響。
方法對40例胃癌伴淋巴結轉移患者行胃癌根治性切除術，根據術前是否行胃動脈化療栓塞分為治療組和對照組，各20例，采用免疫組化ABC法檢測淋巴轉移灶p53、bcl2及CD95基因的表達，原位末端脫氧核苷轉移酶標記法（TUNEL）檢測細胞凋亡情況。
結果治療組淋巴轉移灶p53和CD95表達較對照組明顯增強（P＜0.05)，并與細胞凋亡呈正相關，bcl-2表達則減低與細胞凋亡呈負相關。
結論胃癌術前行胃動脈化療栓塞，可能通過p53、bcl-2及CD95介導使轉移淋巴結癌細胞凋亡增加，有助于提高根治性手術的治療效果。
