中心漿液性視網膜脈絡病變患者免疫功能初步測定

我們對25例中心性漿液性視網膜脈絡膜病變患者進行了血清免疫球蛋白、補體系統、E-玫瑰花結形成試驗檢測。血IgG、IgA和Igm，補體C3、C1q，以及E-玫瑰花結形成率均降低。初步結果提示中漿患者體液免疫及細胞免疫功能低下。這些改變是否與患者精神緊張腎上腺素分泌增高或病毒感染有關，尚待研究。檢測結果支持對本病不宜用糖皮質類固醇治療的觀點。（中華眼底病雜志，1993，9：91-92）
