消食藥三仙用法初探

【摘要】“三仙”是山楂、神曲、麥芽三藥相須配伍使用的總稱；“三仙”用作消食藥，其用法歷代均有一定的爭議：有認為應生用，有認為宜炒用，也有認為應焦用。本草文獻及現代研究綜合表明，“三仙”的使用應當結合臨床應用經驗、綜合患者的整體情況辨證用藥：飲食不節，胃脘痞脹者，生用消食除脹力強；脾虛食滯，不思納食者，炒用健脾開胃；飲食傷脾，便溏泄瀉者，炒焦入藥，既可消食又能止瀉。
