腹腔鏡輔助治療先天性巨結腸的圍手術期護理

【摘要】　目的　總結腹腔鏡輔助治療先天性巨結腸患兒的圍手術期護理特點與經驗。　方法　對2006年9月-2008年12月收治的34例行腹腔鏡輔助下經肛改良Soave’s術式先天性巨結腸患兒的護理資料進行回顧分析。　結果　本組患兒術前腸道準備7~14 d，術后6～10 d出院，無圍手術期并發癥發生。　結論　腹腔鏡治療先天性巨結腸患兒的圍手術期護理，其術前充分的腸道準備，術后早期密切的監護，以及積極對癥的并發癥防治措施是該疾病圍手術期護理及患兒獲得治愈的的關鍵。
