EXPRESSION OF BCL-2 AND P16 PROTEIN AND THEIR SIGNIFICANCE IN GALLBLADDER BENIGN AND MALIGNANT LESION

The expression of bcl-2 and p16 in 25 cases of gallbladder mucosa hyperplasia, 40 cases of gallbladder carcinoma and 25 adjacent normal gallbladder mucosa tissue was detected with immunohistochemical staining. Normal gallbladder mucosa was uniformly negative. Bcl-2 and p16 positive rate were significantly higher in hyperplasia and carcinoma than in normal tissue (Ｐ＜0.01). Expression of bcl-2 and p16 got higher with the increasing degree of hyperplasia, p16 was associated with lymph node metastasis and depth of invasion of carcinoma of the gallbladder. The results suggest that bcl-2 and p16 expression play an important role in tumorigenesis, p16 can be used as a prognostic index for gallbladder carcinoma.

Expression of Murine Double Minute Gene 2 and Multiple Tumor Suppressor P16 Gene in Colorectal Carcinoma and Its Clinical Significance

目的探討鼠雙微基因2(murine double mimute 2, MDM2)和多腫瘤抑制基因P16在大腸癌中的表達及臨床意義。方法納入2006年10月-2007年3月收治的67例大腸癌患者,另取距腫瘤10cm以上癌旁組織30例、腺瘤組織20例、正常黏膜20例作為對照。采用免疫組織化學鏈霉菌抗生物素蛋白-過氧化物酶(SP)法檢測腸黏膜MDM2和P16基因蛋白表達。結果 MDM2在大腸癌組織中的陽性表達率為71.6%(48/67)，明顯高于結腸腺瘤組織、癌旁組織和正常黏膜(Plt;0.05)。P16在大腸癌組織中的陽性表達率為38.8%(26/67)，與結腸腺瘤組織75.0%，癌旁組織83.3%，正常黏膜組織90.0%比較，差異均有統計學意義(Plt;0.05)。大腸癌組織中MDM2在不同分化程度中表達差異無統計學意義(Pgt;0.05)。P16在不同分化程度中表達差異有統計學意義(Plt;0.05)，MDM2和P16在不同Dukes分期中，有無淋巴結轉移之間表達差異有統計學意義(Plt;0.05)。MDM2與P16基因蛋白在不同年齡組，不同性別組中，表達差異無統計學意義(Pgt;0.05)。在大腸癌中MDM2蛋白與P16蛋白表達無明顯相關性(Pgt;0.05)。結論 MDM2和P16的異常表達與大腸癌的發生、發展有關，聯合檢測MDM2和P16對大腸癌的臨床診斷、治療和判斷預后有實際意義。

The Expression and Significances of Cyclind1,P16 in Cutaneous Squamous Carcinoma

目的:觀察CyclinD1,P16在皮膚鱗狀細胞癌組織中的表達,探討CyclinD1,P16在皮膚鱗狀細胞癌發生發展中的作用。方法:用免疫組織化學技術檢測40例皮膚鱗癌石蠟包埋組織和10例正常皮膚組織的CyclinD1,P16表達。結果:CyclinD1在皮膚鱗癌組織中表達高于皮膚正常對照組,兩者差異有顯著統計學意義(Plt;0.01); P16在皮膚鱗癌組織中表達低于皮膚正常對照組,但兩者差異無顯著統計學意義(Pgt;0.05);CyclinD1,P16在皮膚鱗癌中表達呈正相關性(r=0.782,Plt;0.01)。結論:CyclinD1在皮膚鱗狀細胞癌組織中陽性表達上調,P16在皮膚鱗狀細胞癌組織中陽性表達下調,CyclinD1,P16在皮膚鱗癌中表達呈正相關。
