【摘要】 目的 探討經翼點入路顯微外科手術治療前交通動脈瘤的方法。 方法 回顧性分析2006年1月-2007年1月間38例前交通動脈瘤患者的臨床表現，影像資料、手術治療及預后情況。所有患者均施行經翼點入路手術，夾閉38例。 結果 治愈37例，死亡1例。37例隨訪12個月均無前交通動脈瘤再出血發生。 結論 經翼點入路手術治療前交通動脈瘤可收到滿意的手術治療效果。【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the methods of microsurgical treatment with transpterional approach on anterior communicating artery. Methods The clinical manifestation,imaging data,treatment and prognosis of 38 patients with anterior communicating artery from January 2006 to January 2007 were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients had undergone microsurgical treatment with transpterional approach and closure. Results Thirty-seven patients were cured, one patient was dead. There was no one of anterior communicating artery rebleeding in 12 months follow-up. Conclusion Microsurgical treatment with transpterional approach on anterior communicating artery patients can get satisfactory surgical outcomes.
