To explore the hospital-department collaborative management model for clinical trials in large public hospitals and evaluate its application efficacy, this paper sorts out and summarizes the practical experience of the three-level collaborative management model of “hospital-department-multidisciplinary team” constructed by the Department of Urology, West China Hospital, Sichuan University in line with the hospital’s reform orientation of clinical trial management. It also quantitatively analyzes the implementation efficacy of the above management model, aiming to provide valuable references for advancing the high-quality development of clinical trials in public hospitals.
