        • Basic Theory and Methods and Application of Onehealth Software for Evidence-based Decision-making

Onehealth, an evidence-based decision-making software, is based on the United Nations' epidemiological reference modules to predict the effect of health services. Onehealth is a large database. The software is using activitybased costing, simulating investment costs of health system and changes of mortality in different coverage levels. By the cost of inputs/avoid deaths, it could quantify the cost of health services effectiveness and provide an intuitive basis for the rational allocation of health resources. This study introduces the relevant concepts, model structures and applications of Onehealth. We took the study of child nutrition interventions in Sudan for example and to present Onehealth tool's operating. As a new auxiliary and evidence-based decision-making software with scientific and rigorous theoretical approach, Onehealth has practical significance on the national or regional macro decision-making.

        • New strategy of postoperative comprehensive rehabilitation for elderly patients with lung cancer

With the increasing incidence of lung cancer in the elderly, how to improve the quality and speed of postoperative recovery on the basis of ensuring the therapeutic effect has become an important issue in surgical management. The postoperative recovery process of elderly patients with lung cancer shows higher complexity and challenge due to their unique frailty, comorbidity burden and treatment response. This article will focus on the postoperative rehabilitation strategy, systematically sort out the physiological, pathological and treatment response characteristics of postoperative recovery in elderly patients with lung cancer, propose five postoperative rehabilitation intervention modules based on the enhanced recovery after surgery concept, and further integrate the three challenges of insufficient compliance, research heterogeneity and health economic barriers, and propose a breakthrough method with precise rehabilitation and digital management as the core, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the optimization and implementation of postoperative rehabilitation programs for elderly patients with lung cancer.

        • The Structure and Technical Research of Medical Information Interaction And Sharing Among Regions

The hospital information structure, which is made up of various medical business systems, is suffering from the problems of the "information isolated island". Medical business systems in the hospital are mutually isomerous and difficult to become a whole. How to realize the internal barrier-free interaction of the patients effective medical information in the hospital and further to complete the area sharing of patients longitudinal diagnosis and treatment information has become a question having to be solved urgently in the process of healthcare informatization. Based on the HL7 standard, this paper refers to the IHE technical framework, expounds the overall structure of the interaction in the hospital internal and area sharing of medical information with the medical information exchange platform. The paper also gives the details of the whole process of the complete display of the discrete patient health information using Portal technology, which is saved in the business systems in different hospitals. It interacts internally through the information exchange platform and at last stores the information in the regional cinical data repository (CDR).

        • A cross-sectional?study of hospital infection management system in maternal and child health care institutions in Sichuan Province

ObjectivesTo understand the current situation of the nosocomial infection management system in maternal and child health care institutions at all levels in Sichuan province, and provide a feasible policy basis for strengthening the nosocomial infection management.MethodsThe expert group members of Sichuan Maternal and Child Health Association Academy Association designed a unified questionnaire, and distributed the questionnaire through “Questionnaire Star” to carry out on-site online survey.ResultsA total of 159 maternal and child health care institutions participated in the survey. Most secondary and below maternal and child health care institutions had not set up professional hospital infection monitoring system. A few secondary and below maternal and child health care institutions did not independently set up a hospital infection management committee, hospital infection management department, full-time hospital infection department head, the inspection team of infection control, monitoring system, and nosocomial infection management system and special supervision had not been established in special departments. There were statistical differences in some jobs in the construction of nosocomial infection management system in different levels of maternal and child health care institutions (P<0.05).ConclusionsThe organizational system construction of hospital infection managemen are at a low level in the second level and below maternal and child health care institutions in Sichuan province. The tertiary maternal and child health care institutions should give full play to the leading role in promoting the standard construction of nosocomial infection management system of maternal and child health care institutions in Sichuan province, and carry out nosocomial infection management of maternal and child health care institutions orderly.

        • Analysis of the psychological status and its influencing factors of hospital staff during the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019

ObjectiveTo investigate the psychological status and its influencing factors of hospital staff during the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), and provide a reference for psychological intervention strategies for hospital staff in public health emergencies.MethodsIn this cross-sectional study, we investigated the staff of Mianzhu People’s Hospital through an anonymous questionnaire survey sent through WeChat group from February 13th to 18th, 2020, to analyze the psychological situation and influencing factors of the on-the-job staff. SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis.ResultsAmong the 1 115 staff members who met the inclusion criteria, 951 completed the questionnaire, with a response rate of 85.3%. There were 945 valid questionnaires, with an effective response rate of 84.8%. A total of 224 staff members (23.7%) had mental health problems. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the total scores of social support [odds ratio (OR)=0.869, 95% confidence interval (CI) (0.805, 0.938), P<0.001] and the total scores of stress coping strategies [OR=0.685, 95%CI (0.607, 0.772), P<0.001] were protective factors of psychological status, while having kids [OR=1.607, 95%CI (1.084, 2.382), P=0.018] and the position being logistic worker [OR=2.229, 95%CI (1.326, 3.746), P=0.002] were risk factors of psychological status.ConclusionsDuring the outbreak of COVID-19, mental health problems emerged among the staff of designated medical treatment hospital. • Application of nanocellulose in flexible sensors

The shortage of medical resources promotes medical treatment reform, and smart healthcare is a promising strategy to solve this problem. With the development of Internet, real-time health status is expected to be monitored at home by using flexible healthcare systems, which puts forward new demands on flexible substrates for sensors. Currently, the flexible substrates are mainly traditional petroleum-based polymers, which are not renewable. As a natural polymer, cellulose, owing to its wide range of sources, convenient processing, biodegradability and so on, is an ideal alternative. In this review, the application progress of nanocellulose in flexible sensors is summarized. The structure and the modification methods of cellulose and nanocellulose are introduced at first, and then the application of nanocellulose flexible sensors in real-time medical monitoring is summarized. Finally, the advantages and future challenges of nanocellulose in the field of flexible sensors are discussed.
