Objectives To describe the attitude , subjective norm and behavioral intention of ICU nurses toward mechanically ventilated patients in Chengdu. Methods The modified version of Attitude, Subjective Norm and Behavioral Intention of Nurses Toward Mechanically Ventilated Patients (ASIMP) was used to investigate ICU nurses in three tertiary-level hospitals in Chengdu. Results The attitude, subjective norm and behavioral intention among ICT nurses respectively toward mechanically ventilated patients were 69.1%, 91.3%, and 95.9%. Conclusion The attitude, subjective norm and behavioral intention of most ICT nurses toward mechanically ventilated patients were positive.
摘要:目的:減少胎膜早破患者產科并發癥的發生。方法:將我院于2005年1月至2006年12月收治的217例胎膜早破的患者設為對照組，將2007年1月~2008年12月收治的248例胎膜早破的患者設為觀察組。對照組采用教科書上傳統的方法進行護理,觀察組正確地判斷胎膜早破,胎兒宮內狀況評估,產前選擇正確的臥位,加強對產前、產時、產后規范的監護,積極預防感染等措施。結果:積極的醫療處理有效地減少了產后出血,胎兒宮內窘迫,切口感染的發生。結論:對胎膜早破的患者,盡早地采取正確、有效的護理干預措施,能減少產科并發癥的發生,保障母兒的健康。Abstract: Objective: To reduce maternal obstetrics complications of premature rupture of membranes occurred. Methods: From in January 2005 to December 2006, treated 217 cases of premature rupture of membranes in pregnant women as control group, from January 2007 to December 2008 treated 248 cases of premature rupture of membranes as observation group. The control group used the traditional textbook approach to care. The observation group to determine the correct premature rupture of membranes, fetal assessment, pregnant women to choose the correct prelying, strengthen the preproduction, the postnatal care norms positive measures such as the prevention of infection. Results:The suitable medication and nursing procedure could effectively reduce postpartum hemorrhage, fetal distress, the occurrence of incision infection. Conclusion: The maternal premature rupture of membranes, as soon as possible to take the correct and effective nursing interventions can reduce the incidence of obstetric complications to protect the health of mothers and infants.
摘要:目的:探討手術室護士的精神衛生狀態及工作中負性事件對精神衛生狀態的影響,為提高手術室護士的身心健康提供參考。方法:采用精神衛生自評量表(SCL90)評估60名手術室護士及60名正常人的精神衛生狀態,采用生活事件評定量表(LES)中13項工作相關因子對手術室60名護士進行評估,分析手術室護士與正常人群的精神衛生狀態的差異,并分析工作負性事件與手術室護士精神衛生狀態的相關關系。結果:正常人群SCL90平均分值為94.6分,手術室護士為126.54分,手術室護士高于正常人群,手術室護士工作負性事件平均得分為12.74分,與SCL90得分呈現正相關關系。結論: 手術室護士心理健康狀況較正常人群差,工作負性事件對手術室護士存在較大的心理影響,應采取必要的措施給予心理干預。 Abstract: Objective: To investigate the mental health status and the effect of occupational negative event to mental health,and provid reference for improveing physical and mental health of operating room nurse.Methods:The mental health status of 60 operating room nurse and 60 well adult were evaluated with Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL90),the score of occupational negative event in operating room nurse were evaluated with Life Event Scale(LES),the difference of mental health status between operating room nurse and well aduit were analyzed,then correlation between occupational negative event and mental health status of operating room nurse were analyzed.Results:The score of SCL90 was 94.6 in well adult,126.54 in operating room nurse,the score was higher in operating room nurse, the score occupational negative event in operating room nurse was 12.74,which was a positive correlation with the score of SCL90. Conclusions:The mental health status in operating room nurse was lower to well adoult, occupational negative event had large effect in mental health status,the measure of mental intervention must be take.
In the management of diabetic nephropathy patients with hemodialysis, diabetes link nurse (DLN) can realize the continuity of nursing management, simplify the communication between multiple disciplines, and play multiple roles such as relieving patients’ psychology, participating in scientific research and clinical management. In this paper, by introducing the origin and development status of DLN in foreign countries, and summarizing the function and clinical contribution of DLN in the management of diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis patients. This article combines the current development status of DLN in China, to arouse the attention of clinical nursing colleagues, and provide some reference for the management of diabetic nephropathy patients with hemodialysis and the training of DLN in China.
Objective To investigate the current status of death coping ability, death attitude and stress state among emergency department nurses, and to analyze the relationship between the three. Methods Participants were selected using the convenience sampling method from emergency department nurses working at five tertiary hospitals in Chongqing between December 2024 and January 2025. Data were collected using a general information questionnaire, the Coping with Death Scale, the Chinese version of the Death Attitude Profile-Revised, and the Chinese version of the Perceived Stress Scale. Results A total of 246 valid questionnaires were retrieved. The average total score of death coping ability among emergency department nurses was (136.93±26.98), which fell into the moderate level based on the Coping with Death Scale classification criteria. Neutral acceptance was the predominant death attitude, with an average item score of (3.71±0.62), accompanied by the polarizing feature of coexisting death avoidance and death fear. The average total score of perceived stress was (26.19±5.61), indicating a state of stress overload. The results of hierarchical multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, neutral acceptance, approaching acceptance, educational background, and sense of loss of control had an impact on death coping ability (P＜0.05). Conclusion It is recommended to construct a three-level intervention system encompassing death education, stress management skills training, and individualized psychological support, so as to enhance emergency department nurses’ death coping ability and occupational mental health.
Objective
To discuss the effect of Balint groups on promoting mental health of oncology nurses through developing Balint group activities.
Methods
From December 2015 to December 2016, a series of Balint group activities were carried out among 63 oncology nurses in West China Hospital of Sichuan University. Huaxi Emotion Index was used to investigate the psychological status in the nurses before and after the activities of Balint groups, and then the data was analyzed statistically.
Result
Except the scores of nurses aged over 41 and nurses above the primary and secondary level (P>0.05), all other scores had significant differences (P<0.05).
Conclusions
Balint group activities can significantly relieve oncology nurses’ negative emotions such as anxiety, tension and depression, alleviate body discomfort symptoms and improve interpersonal relationships. Huaxi Emotion Index is easy to understand, which helps rapid clinical assessment and nurses’ psychological problems screening. It is suitable for popularization and application clinically.
ObjectiveTo discuss the application of Miller pyramid teaching method in the competency training of new nurses in hemodialysis room and evaluate the effect.MethodsFourteen new nurses in hemodialysis room adopting conventional teaching method from January 2017 to December 2018 were retrospectively selected as the control group; from January to December 2019, another 14 new nurses in hemodialysis room were prospectively selected as the trial group and Miller pyramid teaching method was adopted. After three months of training, the theory and operation of the two groups of new nurses were assessed, and the post competency was assessed by using the Competency Inventory for Registered Nurse, and the teaching satisfaction was assessed by using the self-designed questionnaire on the teaching effect satisfaction of new nurses in hemodialysis room. The data of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe theoretical examination score (91.54±5.89 vs. 83.86±6.45), operational examination score (96.89±3.65 vs. 90.58±5.15), score of Competency Inventory for Registered Nurse (186.66±4.89 vs. 163.76±6.89), and teaching satisfaction (4.56±0.72 vs. 3.56±0.97) in the trial group were all higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionMiller pyramid teaching method is feasible to train the post competency of new nurses in hemodialysis room, which is helpful to improve the theoretical basis, operational skills, post competency, and teaching satisfaction of new nurses in hemodialysis room.
ObjectiveTo investigate the management methods of drug repercussion and its intervention measures in the Burn and Plastic Surgery Department by analyzing the reasons for drug repercussion.
MethodBased on the drug repercussion data provided by the computer information center, we analyzed the common reasons and the status quo of drug repercussion. Active intervention measures were carried out, and real-time supervision and feedback of drug repercussion management were also performed. We compared such repercussion indexes before intervention (between May and September 2013) and after intervention (between October 2013 and February 2014):number of drug repercussion patients, times of drug repercussion, amount of money involved in drug repercussion, ratio of drug repercussion and dispensing and comprehensive ranking of the drug repercussion in the whole hospital.
ResultsAfter intervention, the ranking of the causes of drug repercussion changed obviously. Changing orders casually dropped to the 3rd of the rank, and changing the department based on necessity rose from the 4th to the 2nd. All the indexes (including the times, number, and amount of money of drug of repercussion, and the ratio of repercussion and dispensing and compreheasive rank) reduced significantly (P<0.05).
ConclusionsActualizing active intervention measures redounds to reducing drug repercussion, standardizing clinical use of drugs, insuring safety, and advancing the satisfaction of patients and quality of medical nursing.
The innovative behavior of clinical nurses is of great significance for the professional development of nurses and the improvement of nursing service quality. This research topic has received continuous attention from domestic and foreign scholars. There is still significant room for improvement in the level of innovative behavior among clinical nurses in China. Constructing effective interventions to enhance innovative behavior among clinical nurses in China is an urgent requirement to promote the development of nursing informatization and nursing quality. This article reviews the intervention forms, theoretical support, effectiveness, and limitations of innovative behaviors among clinical nurses both domestically and internationally. It proposes prospects for future intervention plans, aiming to provide ideas and references for nursing managers to develop tailored, scientific, and effective intervention strategies.
ObjectiveTo evaluate the infiuence of doctor-nurse double check table applied before operation on the completion of preoperative preparation in gastrointestinal surgery department of class-three grade-one hospitals.
MethodsA total of 647 selective operation patients from April to September 2013 in the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery were divided into observation group (n=315) and control group (n=332) based on admission time. After training for medical staff, the check tables were filled, and relatively high frequency issues were followed up for quality tracking. The completion of preoperative preparation was compared between the two groups after operation.
ResultsCompared with the control group, the completion of preoperative preparation and satisfaction of patients of the observation group were significantly higher and the operation delay was significantly lower (P<0.05).
ConclusionPreoperative application of doctor-nurse double check table can significantly improve the completion rate of preoperative preparation, the operation delay phenomenon and satisfaction of patients, promote the communication between doctors and nurses, reduce the risk of operation, and ensure the safety of surgical patients.
