          Cervical spondylosis is one of the common degenerative diseases in China, with an increasing prevalence rate and a gradually shifting onset age. With the advancement of rehabilitation medicine, evidence-based medicine, and digital health technologies, the rehabilitation concepts and intervention models for cervical spondylosis have been continuously updated.
