目的　了解老年臥床患者營養狀況及其相關因素，為臨床治療及健康宣教提供依據。方法　采用簡易營養評價精法（MNA-SF）簡化量表調查2010年11月－2012年3月成都市住院老年臥床患者的營養狀況，同時采用自行設計的問卷調查其相關因素。結果　老年臥床患者82.4%營養不良，而且不同文化程度、年齡、性別及病情的患者營養狀況不同，差異有統計學意義（P＜0.05），多因素分析發現，年齡、病情、臥床分級、抑郁是影響老年臥床患者營養的主要因素，病情重，年齡大、抑郁得分高、臥床分級高的老年臥床患者營養狀況越差。結論　老年臥床患者營養狀況受多種因素影響，應根據患者不同情況進行營養相關知識宣教，改善患者的健康狀況。
