目的探討單J管內引流在膽總管探查術后一期縫合中的作用。方法回顧性分析2008年－2013年34例因膽管結石或膽總管增粗行膽總管探查后放置單J管內引流并一期縫合的患者的臨床資料。結果患者均順利完成手術，術后7～10 d出院，平均8.7 d；隨訪1～4年，平均2.9年。單J管均于術后10～25 d（平均20.2 d）隨糞便排出；僅1例患者于術后1年出現膽管炎，余無并發癥發生。結論膽總管探查術后放置單J管內引流可有效防止術后因膽總管末端水腫所致的膽漏等并發癥，術式簡單安全，值得推廣。
