目的探討針對性康復訓練護理對帕金森病患者生活質量的影響。方法將2011年2月-2013年6月入住且按納入排除標準篩選出的230例帕金森病患者，隨機分為對照組和試驗組各115例。兩組均給予預防跌倒安全宣教，此外試驗組采用平衡負重訓練、力量訓練、指示性指令改善患者步態凍結。結果住院期間試驗組發生跌倒1例，對照組發生跌倒4例，差異無統計學意義（χ²=0.818，P=0.366）；出院后6個月，試驗組與對照組分別發生跌倒2例和11例，差異有統計學意義（χ²=6.604，P=0.010）。結論采用針對性康復訓練護理，能有效改善帕金森病患者平衡功能及肌肉力量，從而減少跌倒發生。
