兒童陰莖顯露異常是一組陰莖體正常，但陰莖外觀異常，病因病理改變與臨床表現各異的陰莖顯露異常綜合征。兒童陰莖顯露異常因發病機制相對復雜，致其歸類存在較大爭議。目前已被認可的四大分類為隱匿型陰莖、埋藏型陰莖、蹼狀陰莖和束縛陰莖。陰莖顯露異常極少不治而愈，臨床主要是針對各種癥狀的具體病因而擇取最優的外科手術方法進行治療。該文對兒童陰莖顯露異常病因、病理、診斷及治療等方面的最新研究進行了綜述，以期完善臨床上對兒童陰莖顯露異常的認知，從而為臨床上對該病的研究和治療提供參考。
